Pregnancy support for neurodivergent parents.

Specialist occupational therapy for pregnant parents who are neurodivergent or navigating mental health concerns. Sensory and regulation planning, built around how you actually function.

Pregnancy and Pre-birth

This is for you if you recognise yourself here:

You are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, and you know the way standard maternity services work isn't going to fit how your brain and body work.

You can feel your coping strategies shifting as the pregnancy progresses - the things that usually help you regulate aren't landing the same way, and you want to plan for that.

You are anticipating the sensory experience of birth - the lighting, the noise, the touch, the environment, the lack of control - and you want a plan rather than hoping it will be okay.

You have had a previous birth that was traumatic and you want to do this one differently. Properly different. With someone who actually understands why the last one was traumatic.

You have mental health concerns and you want support that understands how your neurodivergence shapes your experience, not support that treats one and ignores the other.

You want to enter parenting with a clear picture of what is likely to be hard, what will help, and how to advocate for yourself when you need to.

The research shows neurodivergent parents experience significantly higher rates of birth trauma and postnatal mental health difficulties. Specialist support that understands sensory processing, executive function, and regulation makes a measurable difference.
