Comprehensive Functional and Sensory Assessment
One environment - £750 | Two environments - £850
A full OT assessment exploring how sensory, motor, regulation, and executive function differences are impacting daily life.
One environment: home, work, our Ilkley office, or community setting.
Two environments: typically home plus community setting - particularly useful where you present differently across the two.
Includes pre-assessment intake forms, face-to-face assessment, parent interview, standardised assessments where appropriate, observational and play-based work, written report, and an optional remote feedback meeting.
Report within 4-8 weeks of assessment. Full pathway typically 2-3 months.
Functional Advocacy Reports
PIP Supporting Evidence - £360
Professional OT evidence written to PIP criteria, documenting daily living and mobility needs. Supports initial applications, reconsiderations, and appeals.
Blue Badge / Access Card - £240
A focused report documenting functional needs relevant to access applications.
DLA-to-PIP transition - £360
Where evidence is needed for the DLA to PIP transition at 16.
Exam Access Arrangements Report - £360
Professional OT evidence to JCQ requirements where applicable, documenting the functional impact on exam performance.
Supports requests for extra time, rest breaks, scribe, use of a laptop, or sensory adjustments.
Includes pre-assessment intake, face-to-face assessment (approximately 1.5 hours), university liaison where appropriate, and a written report addressing the exam access criteria.
Tell us which arrangements are being requested when you enquire and we will tailor the report focus.
Workplace and Vocational Consultation - £360
For neurodivergent adults wanting to identify workplace adjustments, accommodations, and sensory-friendly working arrangements.
Includes intake form, 90-minute consultation, written summary of recommended adjustments, and supporting evidence for Access to Work or for an employer reasonable adjustments request.
The consultation looks at sensory environment, executive function support, task adaptations, communication preferences, and how to advocate for what you need.
Vocational Pathway Programme
From £3,200 | Enquiry only | Cohorts launching subject to interest | Delivered online
For neurodivergent young adults navigating the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
This is a 12-week specialist OT-led programme for young people aged 18-25 who have not found their pathway through the conventional routes - and who know that the standard advice has not fitted because the standard advice was not built for brains like yours.
We start from the assumption that you already know more than the systems around you have given you credit for. You know what drains you. You know what lights you up. You know what masking has cost you. You know which environments shut you down. The problem is not lack of insight - it is that no one has helped you turn that insight into a vocational pathway built around how you actually function.
That is the work.
What we do together
-
Map your special interests, deep knowledge, and natural patterns, and use these as the anchor for vocational direction, not the thing you are supposed to put aside
-
Build a clear picture of your sensory, regulation, executive function, and occupational profile - what makes environments work for you, what does not, and why
-
Name the impact of masking, autistic burnout, and the wear-and-tear of fitting in, and plan recovery alongside next steps
-
Identify the actual barriers (sensory, environmental, structural, communication) that have been getting in the way, and the practical scaffolding that removes them
-
Design a vocational direction that fits you - whether that is specific employment, training, self-employment, or a path nobody has named yet
-
Take small, achievable steps in that direction with structured support
How it works
The programme is delivered online over 12 weeks, combining 1:1 specialist OT input with weekly group calls so you have peer connection alongside personalised support.
Both our Founder, Katie, and our specialist OTs are neurodivergent. Several have built their own businesses or non-traditional careers as neurodivergent adults. The lens is not theoretical.
For young people local to Ilkley, some face-to-face sessions can be arranged within the programme by agreement.
Room to Move - ACT-Informed Occupational Therapy
£2,400 | Enquiry only | Cohorts launching subject to interest | Delivered online
Some thoughts and feelings are loud. This is not about silencing them. It is about learning to carry them and still move toward the life you want.
Room to Move is an 8-session online programme using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), delivered by occupational therapists who are neurodivergent themselves. We do not pathologise you. We help you notice what is happening, make room for it, and take small, doable steps toward what matters.
Who it is for
Neurodivergent adults aged 18-25 who want practical, respectful support. Not to be fixed.
How it works
-
2 sessions to map where you are and what matters to you
-
6 sessions building real skills: grounding, unhooking from hard thoughts, acting on your values
-
An optional review a few weeks later
-
Online, paced to your nervous system, no forced weekly grind
What you will build
A clearer sense of what matters, more room around difficult thoughts and feelings, and small steps you can actually take in daily life.
This is occupational therapy, not psychotherapy or crisis support. No diagnosis required.
