Primary Years (5-11)
This is for you if:
-
Your child has sensory differences that are affecting daily life and school participation
-
School attendance has become difficult, or your child is finding the classroom inaccessible
-
Handwriting interventions at school have not made a difference
-
You are in the EHCP process or preparing for tribunal
-
Mornings, sleep, and mealtimes are exhausting everyone
-
Meltdowns and regulation are taking up most of family life
-
A clinical psychology, OT, or paediatrician report has recommended OT input
-
You want to understand your child's full sensory and functional profile and what would actually help
Comprehensive Functional and Sensory Assessment
One environment - £750 | Two environments - £850
A full OT assessment exploring how sensory, motor, regulation, and executive function differences are impacting daily life.
One environment: home, school, our Ilkley office, or community setting.
Two environments: typically home plus school - particularly useful where your child presents differently across the two.
Includes pre-assessment intake forms, face-to-face assessment, parent interview, standardised assessments where appropriate, observational and play-based work, written report, and an optional remote feedback meeting.
Report within 4-8 weeks of assessment. Full pathway typically 2-3 months.
EHCP Assessment Package - £1,500
A tribunal-standard report with specific, quantified provision recommendations for Sections B, F, and where relevant G of the EHCP.
Includes full review of existing reports and EHCP documentation, pre-assessment intake, face-to-face assessment across one or two environments, standardised assessments, observation in educational setting where appropriate, parent interview, tribunal-standard report with specified provision (frequency, duration, staff qualifications), draft report shared for your review before finalisation, and an optional remote feedback meeting.
We do not offer fast-track EHCP work. The depth of the assessment cannot be compressed to meet short deadlines without compromising the evidence.
Specialist Handwriting Assessment
When school-based handwriting interventions have not made a difference, the difficulty is rarely with handwriting practice itself. More often it is the foundations underneath - posture, hand strength, motor planning, visual-motor skills, sensory processing, executive function. Our assessment is designed to work out what is actually driving the difficulty.
Includes a face-to-face assessment of around an hour at our Ilkley office (weekend sessions available), video-supported observation with your consent (recorded for detailed analysis, stored securely, deleted once the report is finished), a full written report explaining what is driving the difficulty with practical recommendations school can act on, and a virtual feedback meeting.
2-3 weeks from assessment to feedback.
Reflex Integration Assessment - £360
For children where retained primitive reflexes may be affecting coordination, balance, attention, or sensory processing.
Includes a screening form, face-to-face screening session (Ilkley office or home, weekend available), a detailed report with personalised intervention programme, and a virtual feedback meeting.
Intervention sessions £120 per hour if recommended.
Parent Coaching Block
4 sessions - £480 | 6 sessions - £700
For parents who already understand their child's profile and want focused support applying it to daily life - mornings, sleep, mealtimes, meltdowns, transitions, school participation.
Each block includes an initial scoping call, hour-long coaching sessions delivered remotely, personalised strategies between sessions, session notes after each session, and a final summary document.
If we identify during the scoping call that a full assessment would be more appropriate first, we will recommend it before starting coaching.
Treatment-Only Package
3-hour review consultation £440 + £120/hr intervention
For families with a thorough OT assessment from another provider completed within the last 12 months.
Please attach the existing assessment when you enquire. We will review briefly to ensure it provides enough information for us to plan intervention.
Includes a 3-hour review consultation (meeting with family, child, and where relevant school), a written intervention plan, and intervention sessions typically delivered weekly or fortnightly in blocks of 6 to 8 sessions.

"We now have a strong EHCP that clearly defines our daughter's needs."
