Specialist Consultations with Katie

You may already have reports, diagnoses, professional involvement and strategies in place. Yet the situation still feels fragmented, contradictory or difficult to move forward. Katie offers a limited number of specialist consultations for families who need the whole picture brought together.

This is not a standard assessment pathway. It is high-level clinical reasoning, parent consultation and practical direction. Katie identifies patterns, gaps and priorities, then helps the family decide what needs to happen next.

These services do not automatically include formal standardised assessment, tribunal-standard reporting, diagnosis, open-ended therapy or crisis support. Where another pathway is more appropriate, KTA will explain this after triage.

Complex Case Clarity Consultation

From £950.00

Detailed intake; review of up to three existing reports; 2-hour consultation; integration of sensory, motor, executive, emotional, environmental and occupational factors; Clarity and Direction Summary; one 45-minute follow-up.

Following triage by KTA, we may advise additional services.

Complex Case Formulation Intensive

From £1,650.00

Deeper evidence review; parent consultation; one additional information-gathering activity such as school liaison, professional consultation or observation; formal integrated formulation; prioritised recommendations; 60-minute feedback; onward planning.

Parent Strategy Intensive with Katie

From £950.00

Detailed parent intake; 2-hour consultation; mapping pressures across home, education and family life; three priorities; practical action plan; two 60-minute follow-ups over 8–12 weeks; final written summary.
