Innovative, Flexible, and Strengths-Based Approaches
No two neurodivergent individuals are the same so their support shouldn't be either. My work is all about creative problem-solving to find solutions that truly fit the individual.

I don’t rely on generic strategies or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, I use a blend of occupational therapy, sensory integration, and real life experience to design practical, personalised, and sustainable solutions that help neurodivergent individuals thrive at home, school, work, and in the community.

Whether it's adapting a classroom, designing a work setup that reduces sensory overwhelm, or finding new ways to turn interests into meaningful activities, I bring innovation, flexibility, and creativity to every solution.

How I Create Solutions That Work for You

✔ Sensory Processing & Regulation
-
Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI) – A specialist approach that helps individuals process and respond to sensory information more effectively through engaging, movement-based interventions.
-
Therapeutic Listening®, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), & The Listening Program (TLP) – These auditory-based interventions use specially designed music and sound frequencies to support sensory modulation, emotional regulation, and attention. They can help individuals who experience sensory sensitivities, difficulties with transitions, or challenges with self-regulation.
-
The Movement Program – A structured series of activities designed to enhance motor skills, coordination, and cognitive development. Click on the banner below if interested in joining and use Coupon code KTA03 for 10% discount.
