Come and enjoy having The Sensory Room all to yourself.

Our Sensory Room uses exciting technology to provide a relaxing and/or stimulating environment for people of all ages and abilities. We offer lots of specialist equipment, providing a multi-sensory safe space and learning environment which:

Supports movement and play
Provides an easily accessible safe sensory room for access to all
Provides visual, tactile and auditory stimulation
Promotes relaxation when required
Encourages and develops imaginative play
Allows the development of fine/gross motor skills
Supports local occupational therapists, physiotherapists and NHS support service.

Availability

Our Sensory Room is available for hire for individuals, small groups, community organisations and families.

Whether you just want to bring the whole family, a group of friends or book the space for a Nursery/SEN/School visit, we are open to everyone!

The costs listed below are the total room cost, not per person. If you are hiring as a group, you can split the cost between the group. If you are hiring as an individual the costs are as listed below.

We recommend the following maximum numbers to ensure each person can gain the most out of their sensory experience.

Babies and Toddlers - Maximum 6 children
School Age Children - Maximum 4 children
Adults - this will vary depending on individual needs - please contact us to discuss.

We offer the following packages:

Exclusive use of the room for 90 minutes - £25.

If you want advice on specialist sensory equipment for home or your organisation and an opportunity to experience and try certain equipment to see if it will meet your needs. You can arrange an equipment advice sessions and exclusive use of the room with our trained Sensory Integration Occupational Therapist - £70.

We offer sensory screenings of basic sensory needs along with quick tips using the Sensory Processing Measure 2 - £100.

We also offer comprehensive sensory assessments in our sensory room - £550.
